Job Position : R&D / Quality Assurance Executive Close
Basic Function:
Overview the QA/QC/R&D New Product Development, handle customer complaint
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to establish and maintain quality systems and procedures. Oversee the quality functions including In-coming, In-process, Out going and Customer satisfaction. Handle of R&D project in terms of materials sourcing, recipe development, and product specification setting up. Leading the new project team. Involving in idea contribution for packaging, product, artwork concept. Laboratory management. GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality system maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in food industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001.
- Exposure in R&D.
- Well verse in quality and technical parameter of food and beverages.
- Cheerful disposition with very positive working attitude.
- Resourceful and have leadership qualities.
- Innovative and very initiated in work development.
- Hard working and willing to work long hours when required.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a must.
