| Basic Function: |

As HOD of the department & planning for the whole activity run of QA/QC. |

Maintaining all the HACCP/GMP & ISO documentation & ensure its comply to rules & regulation. |
| - |
Liase with RND for the product Spec/ Label Review. |
| - |
Liase with S&M for the customer complaint/ Quality Issue. |
|
| Duties and Responsibilities: |
| - |
Responsible to establish and maintain quality systems and procedures. |
| - |
Oversee the quality functions including In-coming, In-process, Outgoing and Customer satisfaction. |
| - |
Product specification setting up. |
| - |
Leading the new project team. Involving in idea contribution for packaging, product, artwork concept. |
| - |
Laboratory management. |
| - |
GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001 quality system maintenance. |

Requirements:
|
| - |
Degree holder with minimum 3 years working experience in food industry. |
| - |
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001. |
| - |
Well verse in quality and technical parameter of food and beverages will be an advantages. |
| - |
Cheerful disposition with very positive working attitude. |
| - |
Resourceful and have leadership qualities. |
| - |
Innovative and very initiated in work development. |
| - |
Hard working and willing to work long hours when required. |
